In general, the documentation you will need includes:
Check for application fee (we also accept Visa & Mastercard)
Copy of Sales Agreement on home you are buying
Pay stubs for the last 30 days.
For the past two years:
Names and addresses of each employer.
W-2s for the past two years
Copies of your recent asset account statements (i.e. checking, savings, mutual funds, IRA's, 401k's, etc...) Please be sure to send ALL pages of each statement and not just the first page.
If you are self-employed (own more than 25% of company):
Tax returns for the last two years (with schedules).
If you own rental property:
Tax returns for the last two years and current leases.
If you are retired:
Pension Award Letter.
If you receive Social Security:
Social Security Award Letter.
If you are counting child support as income:
Copy of divorce settlement.
Evidence of receipt of child support income.
VA Loans
Copy of DD Form 214 and VA Certificate of Eligibility.
Miscellaneous
Photo ID (copy of drivers license).
If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your green card.
